Amber Heard’s Testimony: Depp’s Lawyer To Heard “Your Lies Have Been Exposed To The World, Right?

VIRGINIA (May 26, 2022)—today Amber Heard testified in Court that the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard case is “to hard for her.” Heard testified that she has to “put up with media” daily including in the courtroom.

Depp’s lawyer said “your lies have been exposed to the world, right?”

Heard’s response: No.

Heard denied that she knows Mr. Knight, but she testified that he wasn’t there in the trailer, where the light fixture was broken.

Mr. Knight charged Mr. Depp $62. for the light fixture.  

Depp’s lawyer to Heard “it was you who was jealous that Depp was spending time with others…” 

Ms. Heard has not responded directly to Depp’s attorney questions and have moved to strike her responses several times during cross-examination.

Heard released a video about Depp the day before her deposition in her divorce.  TMZ received the video on the same day… and posted 15 minutes after receipt.  Heard denied that she was the source of the video (cabinet video).

Heard denied that she had photos shopped the video, although she was observed “smirking” in the video.

Depp’s attorney to Heard “you edited that video.” Heard said no.

Depp’s attorney crossed-examined Heard about this picture.  Heard alleged that she is wearing makeup to hid bruises allegedly caused by Depp.

Heard is changing her testimony about this picture.  Heard says that she is looking at a picture of a partial floor, but earlier she was familiar with the picture when giving testimony. Heard is invasive when responding to the cross-examination questions.  Heard also appears to be angry…. Depp’s attorney has pointed out several discrepancies in Heard’s testimony.

Actor Johnny Depp is suing ex-wife Amber Heard for $50 million for defamation in connection with Heard’s 2018 Washington Post op-ed, in which she spoke out about being the victim of domestic violence.

Heard’s article did not specifically name Depp as her alleged abuser, but according to Depp’s lawsuit, it relied “on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her.” Amber Heard is counter-suing Depp for $100 million.
