First Lady Jill Biden Unveiled A New Postal Stamp To Honor Former First Lady Nancy Reagan Monday

WASHINGTON, DC (June 6, 2022)–First lady Jill Biden to unveil a new postal stamp to honor former first lady Nancy Reagan, the White House Monday.

Biden will host the event on Monday at the White House. She’ll be joined by Postmaster General Louis DeJoy; Fred Ryan, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation; and Anne Peterson, who is Nancy Reagan’s niece.

Nancy Reagan (1921-2016), was the wife of Ronald Reagan, the 40th president of the United States, and served as first lady during her husband’s administration from 1981 to 1989.

“The First Lady will be joined by Postmaster General and Chief Executive Officer Louis DeJoy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute Fred Ryan, and Mrs. Reagan’s niece, Anne Peterson,” the USPS said.
