NEW YORK, April 12, 2023— Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg during a campaign interview made discriminatory statements against President Donald J. Trump based on his race, White, and old age.
Bringing a case against Trump is retaliation in addition to weaponizing the justice system. Newly Unearthed Video Of Alvin Bragg Should Get Trump’s Case Thrown Out Of Court Immediately was recently posted on Twitter.
According to a study supported by the U.S. Department of Justice in 2014 under then-President Barack Obama, led by Principal investigator Besiki Luka Kutateldze, the study concluded that “prosecutors may contribute to racial and ethnic disparities— making it difficult to draw reliable conclusions about the impact that factors such as defendants’ race or ethnicity exert across successive stages of the justice system.”
The study used “a unique dataset from the New York County District Attorney’s Office (DANY) that tracked a large sample of diverse criminal cases.” The study was conducted during Bragg’s tenure at the department. The study “assessed racial and ethnic disparity at multiple discretionary points of prosecution and sentencing.”
During Bragg’s campaign interview in a January 2021 radio interview with Ebro Darden on HOT 97, he referred to former President Donald J. Trump as an old rich white man. Bragg introduced bias against former President Trump and his family during his campaign. Bragg has a mental blockage against white rich old men.
The study was based on racial bias against Blacks, but Bragg’s comments show that he has bias against former President Trump and the Trump family.
In New Orleans in 2005, District Attorney Eddie Jordan, who is black, was a U.S. Attorney as Bragg, fired 53 white employees and replaced them with blacks. Jordan denied he fired the employees just because they were white, but a federal jury determined he discriminated against 43 of the workers who sued him.
Federal laws prohibit discrimination based on a person’s national origin, race, color, religion, disability, sex, and familial status. This means that Trump can not be denied equal justice because he or his family are rich white people.
Bragg is a friend of Rev. Al Sharpton who has “spent his life speaking up, loudly, against racism and racial violence.” The new documentary “Loudmouth” chronicles his path from a teenage preacher to a racial justice firebrand on the streets of 1980s New York City”.
Bragg was appointed by Schneiderman to “promote justice” For centuries, discrimination and exploitation have left Black Americans poorer than “old white rich men” and Bragg has been a product of the bias. Bragg has been a product and remains a product of “racial inequality.”
The unequal distribution of resources, power, and economic opportunity has impacted Bragg and now he has weaponized the justice system to prosecute the enemies of the Democratic Party. President Trump has no chance of a fair trial in New York’s Manhattan County.
The U.S. Department of Treasury wrote in their “Racial Inequality in the United States report “as a result, the legacies of structural racism continue to hamper economic growth”, a concept which is advocated by Rev. Al Shapton and supported by Bragg.
