FLORIDA, November 29, 2023 (Bee News Daily)—Peter Antonacci, the director of the Office of Election Crimes and Security in Florida, died on Tuesday after collapsing in the hallway of Governor Ron DeSantis’ office. He was 74.
Antonacci had just left a heated meeting with the governor when he collapsed, according to sources familiar with the incident. He lay “dead or dying” in the governor’s office hallway for 24 minutes before anyone came to his aid, the sources said.
Antonacci replaced Brenda Snipes’ as the director of the Office of Election Crimes.
