HARRISBURG, PA–today Judge Patricia McCullough for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Court sided with Republicans in their attempts to stop the state’s election results from being certified. Judge McCullough’s order puts the process on hold for certifying the election results up until this time, pending an evidentiary hearing on Friday.

State officials announced Tuesday they had certified results and named presumed President-elect Joseph R. Biden as the winner. But a fraudulent alleged certification—lacks standing since fraud destroys the fabric of fair and equal election under our United States Constitution.
Pennsylvania’s Attorney General (AG) Josh Shapiro said they will appeal to the state’s highest court.
“This order does not impact yesterday’s appointment of electors,” he said on Twitter. But the AG is wrong. There is not statute of limitation regarding fraud. And any action obtained through fraud is moot or invalid!

Republican U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly and others are challenging approximately 2.5 million mail-in ballots that were predominantly cast by Democrats. The people challenging the ballots filed a supplemental application for emergency relief shortly before midnight Tuesday.
