WASHINGTON, DC, November 11, 2024 (Bee News Daily) — The jury has reached a verdict in the high-profile Delphi murder trial of Richard Allen, who was accused of killing two teenage girls, Abby Williams and Libby German, in 2017. The verdict will be read this afternoon.
Richard Allen faced two counts of murder and two additional counts of murder while committing or attempting to commit kidnapping in the killings of Abigail Williams and Liberty German. If convicted of all charges, he could be sentenced to up to 130 years in prison.
The jury deliberated more than nineteen hours before reaching a verdict.
